Built for people working with 2+ calendars
Consultants, freelancers and contractors live across several Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars at once. CalendarVault mirrors your availability between them as private “Busy” blocks — so company A can never double-book you over company B, and neither ever sees the other's meeting details.
Why it's different
Local-first. Truly.
Everything runs on your Mac. No cloud relay, no account on our servers, no telemetry. Your events never leave your computer.
Zero cross-contamination
Accounts are hard-isolated: contacts, colors and invitees from one company never leak into another. No more e-mails sent to the wrong firm.
A real calendar, not just sync
Day, Week, Month and Schedule views with full event editing, drag & drop, invitations and RSVP — in the style you know from macOS Calendar.
How busy sync works
Pick a source and a target calendar. Every event in the source becomes a “Busy” block in the target — title hidden by default, details optional. Past blocks are tidied up automatically. Recurring events, time zones and tentative meetings are handled for you.
See it in action
Two companies on one screen. Real meetings stay private; the other side only ever sees a “Busy” block.
